Ralph Bangs, Improving High School and Post-High School Outcomes for African American Youth in Allegheny County. July 2003 – April 2005. In fiscal year 2003, Dr. Ralph Bangs received funding from the Heinz Endowments for this project, which has three parts:

  1. a summary of student records on student progress through high school
  2. phone interviews with high school graduates about post-high school education and employment
  3. description of effective programs for improving African American high school achievement and transitions to postsecondary education.

Reports an all three were completed in fall 2005.
