Personal Biography
I am passionate about building healthier communities for all by leveraging data-driven program evaluation to inform decision-making, shape policies, optimize resources, resolve data matching issues/inconsistencies, and improve standard operating procedures. With a background in Epidemiology, I have a strong understanding of the distribution of disease across populations and how to link key determinants to adverse health outcomes. Through these experiences, I've developed my expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, program management, customer service, policy analysis, and stakeholder coordination, all while enhancing program implementation, compliance, and efficiency.
