I am deeply interested in joining the Race & Equity Collaboratory as it perfectly aligns with my personal and professional goals of advancing racial equity and justice. The Collaboratory's focus on fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and innovative approaches to addressing systemic racism resonates with my belief in the power of collective action and intersectional perspectives.
