On February 15th, Dr. Kyaien Conner and Milencia Saintus led a workshop at the Another World is Possible Global and Racial Justice Summit at Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio. They led a session focused on the Racial Equity Consciousness Institute and discussed the need for the rigorous and empirical evaluation of DEI initiatives so that we can provide unbiased recommendations steeped in science not anecdotal evidence. Their session was highly attended, and multiple new partnerships were developed as a result of their engagement.
