Nikki Harvin (she/her) is a nonprofit and arts leader with a cross-sector background in education, research, media, and community-based organizing. She is the Founder and Artistic Director of Freedom House Theatre Company, a multidisciplinary organization dedicated to uplifting Black/African Diasporic, Indigenous, and historically oppressed voices through immersive, equity-driven performance. Nikki’s work bridges strategic communication, cultural storytelling, and systems-level thinking to advance racial justice across disciplines. Her experience spans program development, content strategy, teaching, and racial equity training. She holds a B.A. in Communication and Culture from Howard University and is completing her M.S. in Nonprofit Management at Our Lady of the Lake University.
