Dr. Stephanie Goodwin has 25+ years of experience as a diversity and inclusion scholar, educator, and academic leader with expertise in faculty development and academic affairs.As a consultant and founder of Stephanie Goodwin Consulting, Inc. (DBA Incluxion Works), Dr. Goodwin facilitates customized and highly interactive workshops on a range of leadership, faculty development and diversity issues, including: equitable evaluation, mitigating unintended bias, bystander intervention to promote inclusive norms, promoting inclusion at professional meetings, inclusive leadership, and equitable & inclusive mentoring. A Fellow of the Society of Experimental Social Psychology and former program director for the LEADER Consortium’s multi-institutional NSF ADVANCE program, she was the lead consultant and program developer for the AGU LANDInG Leadership Academy and continues to consultant with equity and inclusion programs around the country.
