Vincent Omar Johnson

Personal Biography

Vincent O. Johnson, MBA currently serves as the Director of Equity & Inclusive Excellence at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. In this role, Vincent works closely with the Pitt Law community to develop and implement a strategic plan for enhancing diversity, equity and inclusion at all levels. Vincent has facilitated multicultural training workshops, virtually and in-person, as a senior staff consultant on a part-time basis with VISIONS, Inc. since 2003. He has administered corporate employee focus groups and delivered ad hoc process facilitation to meet client needs. In addition, Vincent is skilled in conflict resolution, intergroup dialogue, process facilitation, change management and organizational effectiveness. Vincent has over 40 years of experience with effective business management from a multicultural perspective. He has earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University and an MBA in Human Resources / Leadership from Waynesburg University.
