About the Institute:

Tribalism acts as a societal poison, creating division and undermining cohesion by infiltrating various societal levels, much like a toxin spreads through the body. It breeds mistrust and exacerbates inequalities, leading to both overt conflicts and subtle discrimination.

To counteract tribalism's toxic effects, a multifaceted antidote is necessary, consisting of:

· Education

· Dialogue

· Cultural exchange

· Systemic changes

· Inclusive policies

The African Tribe Bridge Institute consists of a series of seven sessions, each aimed at providing participants with insights, discussion opportunities and practical strategies for advancing tribal unity, addressing biases, fostering empathy and more.

Come join us as we uncover tribalism and grow our consciousness!
