Sessions

Session 1: Racial Equity and Accountability

Accountability is foundational to racial equity. This session will explore the spectrum of accountability—from owning missteps to maintaining commitment to the long-term vision of a racially conscious society. Participants will reflect on personal and institutional accountability, learning practical strategies for self-evaluation and continuing growth.

Session 2: Generative Conflict and Racial Equity Consciousness

Difficult conversations about race are inevitable—but they don’t have to be destructive. This session will guide participants in transforming conflict into learning opportunities using restorative strategies. Participants will develop tools for engaging in productive dialogue that fosters better understanding and community-building.

Session 3: Racial Equity and Resilience

Sustaining commitment to racial equity requires resilience. This session will focus on racial stamina—persevering through the complexities of this work while contributing to systems that support equity for all. Participants will explore ways to reaffirm purpose, invest in their abilities, and center their values. The session will also emphasize the importance of mentorship, self-evaluation and continuous practice in building long-term racial equity consciousness.
